Today’s Sunday sermon was a meditation on the lives of Abraham, Moses, and Peter—how they succeeded again after failure—using the theme of the coach’s half-time talk to players before starting the second half of a game. I too am now beginning the second half with a new position in Korea, ending six months of waiting. This week’s trip to the US marks my official debut, where I’ll begin leveraging the extensive network I’ve built to support Korean companies. It feels like I’m stepping into the role of a jungle leader like Kim Byung-man in ‘Law of the Jungle’ within the startup world—exciting things are bound to happen. Tonight, I’ll follow the people exercising in the cool night breeze, focusing first on building my stamina.
