As our final event of 2025, we participated in the AI technology exhibition, AI Summit Seoul & Expo 2025, and hosted a mini seminar. Preparations began several months prior, involving the creation of joint demos with partners, promotional articles, and even an MOU signing ceremony. Through teamwork and collaboration, these efforts yielded excellent results. The mini-seminar, focused on AI agents, drew significant attention with participation from key industry figures and received positive feedback from attendees for its excellent presentation content. Throughout the extensive event preparations and coordinating the schedules of headquarters team leaders and the co-CEO for their trip to Korea, working closely with my team members, I felt a strong sense of mutual consideration.

Three of us divided the major tasks of preparing the AI exhibition, seminar, and tech demo, leveraging each other’s strengths and weaknesses to collaborate effectively. Inviting seminar speakers, securing the venue, and inviting visitors proved particularly challenging, but it was an opportunity where the assigned team member’s personal skills and meticulous planning shone. Additionally, preparing the tech demo with our partner company coincided with their restructuring period. This meant our team member ended up handling nearly all the work. Despite this, they gave their absolute best until the very end, resulting in an excellent demo and successful joint promotion.

The co-CEO of our headquarters conveyed exceptionally positive feedback and high expectations for our Korean team. He demonstrated keen insight into the remarkable potential of Korean startups and the transformation of Korea’s industrial structure, particularly as we transition into the AI era. To him, the Korean market appears to be more than just a business target—it represents ‘opportunity’ and ‘hope’. His high expectations for the Korean market next year and his request for the entire team to unite weigh heavily on our shoulders, yet to me, it feels like a welcome challenge. I extend my gratitude to the team members who worked hard to successfully conclude this year’s final event. Thanks to them, I look forward to the coming year even more.
