After two years of meticulously compiling my records on my blog, I have finally released an eBook titled 《The Awakened Deliveryman》*to the world. This time, I’m attempting promotion and marketing in a slightly unconventional way, breaking away from the established norms. I’ve asked Mr. Kim Sang-hyun, CEO of Kookdae Tteokbokki, whom I deeply respect, for promotional support, and sought valuable advice from an elder in my family who worked at Kyobo Book Centre for many years. We’re taking it one step at a time. Initially, I considered sharing updates via my X account and distributing a password-protected PDF file after confirming payment. However, I realized this process might be too cumbersome for readers. After much deliberation, we boldly changed to a ‘free download and voluntary donation’ model to share our thoughts with more people. Furthermore, we decided to donate all the precious funds raised through this book to a meaningful cause.

Rereading past writings while editing this book brought back vivid memories. It clearly showed the internal transformation I underwent around the time President Yoon Suk-yeol declared martial law two years ago. It was literally a ‘process of awakening’. I wanted to give myself a warm round of applause for searching for truth like an oasis amidst the flood of fake news. This book is my own story and content, shaped through Sunday sermons, in-depth YouTube lectures, and principled independent journalism. Therefore, it holds profound meaning for me and is a precious record I desperately want to leave for our next generation.

Though the beginning may be humble, I believe that by steadily taking one step at a time, we will surely reach our intended destination. I continue to ponder ways to share this record of truth with more people, seeking wisdom from God to find the best path through various trials and errors. Today, as always, I wake before dawn to write my blog and begin another hopeful day.
